The following questionaire will help you think through your needs as well as give us the information we need to get started on your project. Whether we are developing a new web site or redesigning your present site, the clearer you are about what you are looking for, the easier it will be for us to develop.

Please take time to fill in the form below. We have discovered from experience that it is a worthwhile investment for you and us. This exercise can save both of us a lot of time sending emails back and forth clarifying different aspects of the work.
