Open Eudora 4.0. Go to the Tools menu and select Options. You will
see several icons on the left. Select Getting Started. Enter the following:
- The Real name is the name you want people to see when they get email from you.
- The Return address is the address you want replies to go to (usually the same as your email address, username@edenhosting.net).
- The POP (or incoming mail server) should be pop.edenhosting.net.
- The Login Name should be your account's username (all in lower case).
- The SMTP server should be smtp.edenhosting.net (all in lower case).
- There should be a check in the Allow Authentication field. Leave the check
there. If you do not see a check in the box, click on the box with your mouse
until a check appears.
Click OK.
